Bridging & Auction Finance

Finance at a Time to Suit You

Bridging Finance also known as short term finance is for when you need to purchase something quickly, for example if you are buying a below market value property and need to complete within 28 days, or if you have had finance fall through and need to meet an existing deadline. Another example may be if you were looking to buy a house without a chain and did not want to wait for your house to sell, bridging finance would allow you to purchase the new property without waiting for your existing property to sell.
