We work closely with several development finance companies that each specialise in a range of different schemes.

We can arrange funding up to 50% of land purchase costs and in most cases up to 80% of the development costs. In some specialist cases and on larger projects there are various other options that may become available, if you want to talk us through your project get in touch by filling the form.

Exit finance is a necessity when you are at the end of your development finance or your bridging finance is coming to an end. We can assist you with the final exit finance, so you can move onto your next project. We have several different schemes and options that may be available to you.

No, a development can include a light or heavy refurbishment or a change of use such as from an office to flats in addition to a completely new ground up build

How does development finance get paid?

It is often in stages subject to the level of development and will be conditional on a visit from a quantity surveyor.

 
Do I need previous experience building or in developments?

We have lenders that will work with new developers or self-builders, generally there are more options if you have experience, but it is not a necessity, everyone needs to start somewhere. It is important to make sure that you plan and budget for the costs involved with the development finance to keep your project profitable.

 
I have started a development, but I am running out of money can you help?

Yes we can in most cases as long as the completed work is completed to the correct standards.
